We teach meditation as taught to us by Yogi Charu in the Saraswati lineage, one of the ten classical monk orders in India founded by Adi Sankaracharya in the 8th century.
There are many ways to meditate. Here are Soul and Steady, we'll guide you with different techniques from breath work, focus and concentration exercises to the relaxing and rejuvenating practice of Yoga Nidra.

Turn off the ringer on your phone, get comfortable and and listen to a recording. We suggest practicing in the morning and evening but you can practice at anytime.
