This is your stretch class on steroids. It’s a relaxing yet challenging practice that targets the hips, shoulders, neck and joints. We lengthen connective tissue and fascia, gently touch joints and find overall self care.

Most poses are done on the floor and we hold the shape for an extended amount of time. Some poses we hold up to 10 minutes!
Grab some blankets and pillows to use as support. You want to feel the stretch but you want to be comfortable in the poses. This is a true practice of love and acceptance.
Yin Neck Stretch
10-minute video with lots of instruction to release tension in the neck, upper back, and shoulders. No experience necessary. Suitable for all ages. Just find the right level of intensity, not too much, not too little.
