The meditation practice of Yoga Nidra is well known to help with relaxing the body and mind. It's also a great practice to tap into your creativity, focus and future goals. Join me for 5 nights in a row. Pre-recorded classes will be delivered to your inbox and you will get the chance to experience a different activity before going to bed.
