An ashram is a community and spiritual retreat center. There are many ashrams around the world. The Himalayan Institute was founded by Swami Rama. I deeply connect with Swami Rama’s teachings, books, meditations and story. The Himalayan Institute is my spiritual retreat center and I would love to show you the magic, power and energy of being there.
