ABOUT THE CHALLENGE
Are you struggling with believing in yourself? You are not alone. There are so many reasons why we block our growth. Instead of feeding that feeling that we can't do it, join me for 9 days. Let's dive in to the work and strengthen our heart center. The challenge will include meditation, very short yoga videos, journaling and a group community chat section specifically for this challenge. Everyday you will receive a new "lesson" to practice at your own pace BUT this is a challenge so you will need to complete it all within the 9 days. Let's do this together. Let's grow.
