Soul and Steady is a yoga style that authentically weaves the yin and yang. Yin, power flow and meditation all in one class. We focus on strong movements and even stronger stillness. We want to move the body to get into the mind to reconnect with the soul.
In this 20 hour training, learn how to create memorable yoga classes where your students leave feeling aligned physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. As yoga teachers, we know the amazing benefits of moving the body, focusing the mind and knowing ourselves. We personally do the work and take our realizations into our classes to pass down to our students.
