The monthly unlimited is $240 and it includes all live and REWIND classes.

The best part of teaching a live class is experiencing the energy in the room. We feel one another. We will hear breathing, grunting, sighing and sometimes cursing. We feel happy to share the moment with like minded people who are coming together to connect.
I love when the music is hitting just right, the lights are soft and the space is full of positive energy.
I created a Soul & Steady Masterclass so we can get together and have an experience. The masterclasses is a blend of strength with vinyasa, ease and stretch with yin, connection with meditation and expansion with positive conversations. There is always a theme for us to breathe and contemplate.
Soul & Steady is an experience. Bring yourself fully and experience what the present moment has to offer.

Welcome to Soul and Steady Yoga Parlour, an online destination to connect yogis from all over the world. I ask my students to practice with their higher energies of love, compassion, truth and acceptance.
I want you to feel better - physically, energetically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.

YIN YOGA

Yin Yoga holds poses for an extended length of time which gives you a chance to stretch the body and listen to the mind. This style of yoga exercises connective tissue and fascia.

MEDITATION
Our meditations are guided towards relaxation and introspection. We teach seated meditations and Yoga Nidra. We'll take you through visualizations to boost creativity, breath work to balance energy and deep body relaxation so you can release tension and activate healing energy within.
