FROM THE MIND, HEART & SOUL
FROM THE MIND, HEART & SOUL

Life is an experience, and it can hold many truths at the same time. It can be beautiful and ugly, joyful and heartbreaking, certain and full of mystery.

Ever since I was a little girl, I've been captivated by life—wondering why we think the way we do, how we change, what it means to be present, and how we find our way through uncertainty. My studies of Vedanta and Yoga philosophy have given language to many of those questions, but life itself has always been the greatest teacher.

These essays are reflections on paying attention.
They explore the ordinary moments that reveal something extraordinary, the patterns of the mind, the wisdom of the body, and the quiet voice beneath it all.
As the great sage Patanjali wrote in The Yoga Sutras, the body is the vehicle, the mind is the instrument, and the soul is the passenger.

Life is impermanent. It is always changing. Every breath is an invitation to notice that we are here, living it.

I hope these essays encourage you to slow down, pay attention, and meet your own life with a little more curiosity, awareness, and heart.
